Key responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of copywriters to produce high-impact content across digital and print platforms. Strategize & Execute: Develop content strategies for performance marketing, CRM, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversion. Craft Persuasive Copy: Write and review compelling, conversion-driven copy for ads, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and social media. Own the Brand Voice: Define and evolve ALLEN's tone of voice across all communication touchpoints. Drive Impact: Collaborate with brand, design, social, performance, and CRM teams to create and execute end-to-end campaigns. Tell Stories That Matter: Champion storytelling that is authentic, emotionally resonant, and culturally relevant, especially for Tier 2/3 audiences. Transform the Team: Build a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the content team. Support ATL/BTL Campaigns: Contribute to print media assets, including brochures, flyers, newspaper inserts, and more. Measure & Optimize: Track performance metrics, analyse content effectiveness, and stay ahead of trends in digital and educational marketing. Qualifications & skills 8-10 years of experience in content leadership and copywriting — preferably in Edtech, D2C, or consumer brands. Past agency experience is an add-on. Exceptional command of English and Hindi (written and spoken). Demonstrated experience in social media content planning and execution across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Proven success in print media and offline campaigns. Familiarity with performance marketing and CRM content. A natural leader who can inspire creativity and deliver under tight deadlines.
