This role involves people leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery, innovation, and alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor multiple engineering teams and technical leads. Ensure high-quality delivery of product initiatives aligned with the strategic roadmap. Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define technical vision and priorities. Drive hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development for engineering talent. Promote engineering best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Oversee cloud-based infrastructure, development pipelines, and system operations. Maintain a strong culture of compliance, security, and audit-readiness in a regulated environment. Manage global delivery models, including onshore and offshore engineering resources. Required Qualifications: 8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams. Strong background in Agile development , DevOps practices, and scalable system architecture. Experience in healthcare or other compliance-driven industries (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2). Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in building SaaS platforms with modern cloud technologies (e.g., AWS). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience leading initiatives in regulated environments and working with compliance teams. Background in CI/CD, cloud-native development, and microservices architecture. Ability to drive innovation and explore emerging technologies.
