This is a full-time, permanent, remote position based in Costa Rica and does not offer relocation benefits. The Trilingual Selling Partner Support Associate is the primary solution provider for global sellers on the Amazon platforms. In addition to providing a remarkable Seller experience. A Selling Partner Support Associate is expected to address system issues, identify and implement process improvements, develop internal documentation and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat or/and email cases. About the team Prior applying, please consider the following: • Only schedules available for this role are Tuesday-Saturday 5:00-14:00/6:00-15:00/8:00-17:00; Thursday-Monday 5:00-14:00/8:00-17:00/13:00-22:00; Sunday-Thursday 5:00-14:00/8:00-17:00. Option to choose schedule is subject to availability on the date offer is extended to successful candidate.
