We are seeking a talented, dedicated, and highly analytical Strategic Supply and Demand Planner to drive selection and in-stock performance for Amazon Perishables Grocery FR. Key job responsibilities - Maintain Exceptional In-Stock Performance - Ensure high availability rates across assigned categories/regions, optimizing inventory strategies to balance sales, turns, and customer experience while minimizing waste. - Monitor & Optimize Critical KPIs - Own and improve key metrics including in-stock rates, procurement lead time, fill rates, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns through data-driven analysis. - Manage End-to-End Inventory Planning - Drive forecast accuracy and efficient inventory flows (inbound/outbound) while proactively addressing supply chain disruptions. - Lead Process Improvements & Automation - Conduct root cause analysis of operational challenges, develop action plans, and collaborate cross-functionally to automate manual tasks and enhance procurement workflows. - Cross-Functional Partnership & Communication - Work closely with retail, operations, and supply chain teams to support grocery growth, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting internal and external customer needs.
