Key job responsibilities What You'll Do Shape the narrative. Develop and lead proactive creative PR campaigns, delivering clear, results-focused reports linked back to business goals. Plan and execute product and service launches with precision, measuring success against pre-defined objectives. Build strong partnerships. Work with external PR agencies to develop and implement proactive PR plans for devices and services. Become the go-to Amazon voice for Mexico's top tech and lifestyle journalists, building relationships that deliver results over the long term. Move at the speed of news. Turn fast-moving news cycles into opportunities — protecting and elevating Amazon's reputation as an innovator in real time, and successfully navigating complex, unexpected communications challenges. Connect the dots across Amazon. Collaborate with PR teams across Amazon — from Stores to AWS to Prime Video — to maximize opportunities and implement holistic, integrated campaigns.
