Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Day. Weekend.
