About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment. Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment. Complete and maintain test and service reports. Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers and amplifiers. Splice, join and connect wires. Repair or replace defective telephone equipment. Operate heavy equipment. Communicate with other workers to co-ordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
