Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Administer bedside and personal care. Administer medications. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk. Change non-sterile dressings. Feed or assist in feeding. Launder clothing and household linens. Provide companionship. Provide personal care. Shop for food and household supplies. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Experience: Will train. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides physical accessibility accommodations (for example: ramps, elevators, etc.). Support for newcomers and refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
