Tasks: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff. Supervise maintenance and repair services. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Oversee the selection, operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Oversee safety of operations. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervision: More than 20 people.
