Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas. Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Clean and prepare fish and shellfish. Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?.
