Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Work setting: Hospital (staff position). Willing to relocate. Tasks: Diagnose diseases and physiological disorders. Prescribe post-operation medication and treatment . Supervise surgical procedures. Prepare research papers for publication and presentation. Act as consultants to other physicians. Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC). Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination. Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities. Specialization in surgery: Obstetrics/gynecology. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Organized. Team player. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?.
