About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Bathe and shampoo animals. Document animal behaviour. Monitor animal behaviour. Prepare food and feed animals. Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stall and enclosures. Assist with inoculation and treatment of animals. Clean animal ears. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Animal specialization: Horses. Thoroughbred horses. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Bending, crouching, kneeling.
