Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry. Tasks: Diagnose dental diseases . Examine patients' teeth, gums and surrounding tissue. Instruct patients on oral hygiene . Plan dental health treatment. Restore, extract and replace diseased and decayed teeth. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
