About this role

Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work site environment: At heights. All weather conditions. Tasks: Oversee safety of operations. Leading/instructing groups. Estimate materials, tools and equipment required for projects . Clean interior and exterior of motor vehicles. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Develop quality management and quality assurance standards. Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA) Certification. Equipment and machinery experience: Washing machines. Area of work experience: Cleaning. Area of specialization: High-rises (8 stories or more). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Personal suitability: Excellent written communication. Hardworking. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Flexible hours. Workplace information: On the road job. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers .
