Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Noisy. Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Food processing plant. Tasks: Remove feathers and singe and wash poultry to prepare for further processing or packaging. Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use. Remove bones from meat. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Type of operation: Packaging. Equipment and machinery experience: Multi-functional process control machinery. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate. Team player. Flexibility. Resourcefulness. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?.
