Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Provide advice in the area of food preparation and storage, and food safety. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
