Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Conduct performance reviews. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Conduct training sessions. Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities. Perform front desk duties.
