Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Water and waste treatment utilities. Tasks: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements . Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel . Supervise staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems.
