Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Recruit and hire staff. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
