Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Mechanical engineering/mechanical technology/technician. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Tasks: Install machinery. Repair and maintain machinery. Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects. Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications. Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials. Test machines and equipment.
