Rehabilitation centre and special health institution. Tasks: Assist health care professionals. Assist physicians in the assessment of patients. Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities. Follow through on treatment programs with patients. Help physical therapists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Maintain prescription records . Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine. Clean and maintain equipment. Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies. Maintain supplies. Maintain inventory of equipment. Document patient rehabilitation progress. Perform general clerical duties. Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas. Process files and paperwork. Schedule and confirm appointments.
