About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Clean and make minor repairs to vehicle. Pick up passengers and drive them to destinations. Assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles. Take vehicle for servicing. Collect fare. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Record transactions. Provide basic tourist information. Provide pick up and delivery services on request. Attend to complaints or difficult passengers. Operate two-way radios. Drive business or government personnel to and from destinations. Perform personal and business errands for employers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers). Driver's License. Provincial or Territorial Commercial Vehicle licence (Class 4 or E). Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Driver's abstract. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination. Sitting. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone.
