About this role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Calculate the cost of truck repairs and new parts if needed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Coach colleagues on new methods or work techniques. Load and unload goods. Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment. Pay and receive payments for goods. Perform brake adjustments. Perform emergency roadside repairs. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Perform preventive maintenance. Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : AZ class license. Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Driver's License (Class 3 or D). Employment terms options: Early morning. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Evening. Shift. Morning. Night. On call. Day. Weekend.
