Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Determine staffing requirements. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Manage kitchen operations. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
