About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule work. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Security Guard License. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
