Clean machines and immediate work areas. Weigh meats for sale. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Remove bones from meat. Prepare special orders. Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities. Grind meats. Cut poultry into parts. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.
