Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Advise on wine selection and serve wine. Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings. Pick orders and stock.
