About this role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Read blueprints or other instructions to determine work requirements. Survey and assess designated sites. Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions. Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens. Confer with clients to determine design needs. Work with minimal supervision. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Organize and maintain inventory. Motivate staff. Exercise to maintain physical ability and physical fitness. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Personal suitability: Team player. Initiative.
