Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Rural area. Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Recruit and hire staff. Supervise staff. Conduct performance reviews.
