About this role

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: On-site customer service. Testing. Repair. Service. Tasks: Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware. Repair or replace defective telephone equipment. Analyze test results and adjust, change or repair switching system, network, associated equipment and software. Complete and maintain test and service reports. Determine nature, cause and location of trouble. Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Manual dexterity. Personal suitability: Organized. Reliability.
