Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers and amplifiers. Test equipment to locate transmission faults. Splice, join and connect wires. Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment. Technical experience: Fibre optics. Equipment and machinery experience: Cable outlets. Splitters. Coaxial line. Single line. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Vehicle supplied by employer. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
