Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Nursing home/home for the aged. Tasks: Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Perform other duties related to personal care. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Supervise patients' exercise routines. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Transport patients between care facilities. Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher. Answer call signals to determine patients' needs. Administer first aid in emergency situations. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Immunization records. Vulnerable sector check. Tuberculosis test. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
