Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Employer's home. Tasks: Care for foster children. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Supervise and care for children. Take children to and from school and to appointments. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
