Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Inspect kitchens and food service areas. Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff. Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
