About this role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Supervision. On-site customer service. Various locations. Tasks: Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Provide on-site services. Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules and reports. Plan and prepare work schedules. Negotiate with clients for provision of services. Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies. Maintain accurate records. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Assist in the development of operation, maintenance and safety procedures. Conduct quality control. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Ensure safety procedures are followed. Plan and organize daily operations. Coordinate subcontractors activities .
