Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work site environment: All weather conditions. Work setting: Remote location. Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Project management. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation.
