Education: College/CEGEP. Welding technology/welder. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Supervise workers and projects. Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects.
