Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Advise clients on architectural reports and findings. Consult clients to prepare contracts and project specifications . Coordinate construction activities to ensure compliance with established building specifications. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Present and explain proposals to clients. Review project plans to approve or recommend design changes. Establish and implement policies and procedures. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Manage contracts. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Experience: 5 years or more.
