Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs . Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery. Coaching. Offer mentoring. Evaluate teaching methods and quality of instructions. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. CPR Certificate. Area of specialization: Training and professional development.
