Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Oversee loading and unloading of goods. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Supervision: Truck drivers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Type of heavy equipment operated: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts.
