Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required. Order parts and maintain inventory. Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts. Keep maintenance reports and documentation. Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications. Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work. Powered equipment repair specialization: Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Client focus. Team player. Organized. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?. Do you have experience working in this field?. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
