Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Equipment and machinery experience: Seed drill. Tractor. Forklift. Regulations knowledge: Knowledge of preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Screening questions: Are you authorized to work in Canada?.
