Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Complete reports.
