Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Order merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Transport and distribute materials and goods. Resolve product and service related problems. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Resolve complaints and claims .
