About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Shift. Morning. On call. Day. Weekend. Overtime required. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
