About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Requisition materials and supplies. Supervise daily activities of floorhands, labourers and helpers . Government programs: Recognized employer. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
