Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Train or arrange for training. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
