About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Assist in demolishing buildings. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Experience: Will train. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
