About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Recruit staff. Set staff work schedules. Train staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
