About this role

Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Enter client information in databases. Fabricate prosthetic and orthotic appliances . Fit and make adjustments for proper fit and comfort. Repair, build and modify prosthetic or orthotic appliances or footwear. Assemble or build prosthetic and orthotic appliances according to drawings, measurements and plaster casts. Interpret physician's specification. Repair and maintain fabrication and laboratory equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Fast-paced environment. Personal suitability: Accurate. Dependability. Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Organized. Ability to multitask. Dedication.
